Plans are billed monthly in advance, by automatic charge through Square or by emailed invoice (card, ACH, or check). Any third-party costs, like a website subscription or domain, are approved by you first and paid directly by you.

Kind Regards Media is owner-operated. Brett Lowery runs it from Gladstone and works with businesses across Clackamas County. In the Roseburg area, Tyson Fugate works with local businesses on the same plans and terms.
Our name is how we work: courteous, clear, and respectful of your time. Because we're local, we can stop by to take photos at a time that suits you, or help remotely if that's easier.
What you can count on
- You own everything. Your Google, Facebook, Instagram, website, and domain stay in your name. We use manager access, never owner access, and never ask for your personal passwords.
- Nothing goes out behind your back. You approve posts before they go live. Ask us to change or remove anything, and we'll do it within one business day.
- No long contract. Month to month. Cancel for any reason with 30 days' notice by email.
- Honest practices. We never post fake reviews, buy followers, or offer rewards for reviews.

FAQ
Questions owners ask us
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. Either side can cancel for any reason with 30 days' notice, and email is fine. Service and billing continue through the notice period.
Who owns my Google and social media accounts?
You do. Your accounts, website, and domain stay in your name. We work through manager access, never owner access, and we never ask for your personal passwords. If you leave, we remove our access and give you your files.
Will you post anything without my OK?
No. We send proposed posts ahead of time, and you can approve, edit, or reject each one. If you prefer, you can tell us that routine posts may go ahead when you haven't replied within two business days. Replies to positive reviews follow wording you approve in advance. Replies to negative or sensitive reviews are never posted without your approval.
What happens in the free visibility check?
We look at how your business shows up today on Google, in your reviews, on Facebook and Instagram, and on your website. Then we spend 20 minutes going over what we found, in person or online. It's free, with no obligation.
What does the $199 setup fee cover?
A profile audit and cleanup, claiming or verifying your Google listing, and setting up access so we can post for you. It's due at signing and waived for founding clients.
Are there any other costs?
Only third-party costs you approve first, such as a website platform subscription, a domain, or stock images. You pay those directly, in your name.
What isn't included?
Paid ad management and ad spend, professional photo or video shoots, online stores, and crisis or PR management aren't included unless we agree on them in writing.
Can you guarantee more customers or a top spot on Google?
No. Rankings, reviews, and sales depend on things no one controls, including Google's and Meta's own systems. What we do promise is the work in your plan, done on schedule, and a clear report each month.
Can I get just a website?
Yes. A simple website is $1,200 one-time: up to 5 mobile-friendly pages on Squarespace or Wix, with a contact form, map, links to your profiles, and up to two rounds of revisions. It's $950 when bundled with the Full Service plan. Website builds are billed half at signing and half before the site goes live.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can choose an automatic monthly charge through Square, or an emailed invoice you can pay by card, ACH, or check within 7 days.
How does the founding-client offer work?
Your first month on any plan is free, the $199 setup fee is waived, and your plan price is held for 12 months. If you're happy with the work, we'll ask for an honest testimonial. You're not obligated to give a positive one. After the first month, you can continue month to month or stop.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We reply to email and Facebook messages between 7 AM and 10 PM Pacific, every day. Meetings are by appointment.
